Who does the servicing work?

We have partnerships in place with more than 20 air-conditioning professionals. Our partners, also known as AG Servicers, are reliable professionals who get the work done efficiently and effectively. When we receive your order, we assign to one who is available at your preferred appointment timing and allocate the job to them.

What are the working hours?

We have servicers who work at various hours of the week including Saturdays and Sundays (subject to availability). Thus you can select your preferred schedule and we will find an AG servicer who can accept your work. However if no servicer is allocated with your original choice of schedule, we will be in touch for a reschedule that will fit everyone’s availability.

For Customers residing in condominium, please note that there is a restriction on the timing allowed for contractors to enter the premise for such work, including aircon servicing. The usual timing would be between office hours during weekdays, up to 12pm on Saturdays. Such work after 12pm on Saturday and during Sunday (and public holidays) maybe prohibited. It will be the Customer’s duty to ensure our AG servicer entrance to the residence for them to do their work after the schedule has been confirmed.

What can I expect after the job is confirmed?

AG Servicer will arrive at your location at the scheduled date and within the timeframe indicated, so please allocated sufficient time for the service to occur. As a general estimation for one wall unit, a regular servicing will take about 15 mins per unit and a chemical overhaul can take around 1 to 2 hours.

After the job is completed, you will provide the redemption code that is on your Schedule Confirmation email. Provision of this code indicates that the work has been completed, and AG Servicer will use this code to complete his job in our portal. He will be paid for the job after successful redemption in our platform.

How does the Payment work?

You will just need to have a credit card to use our services. Your money will be safe with Aircon.guru as AG servicer will only be paid after the job is done, and that occurs when you have provided the redemption code to him after the servicing is completed.

How secure is it?

All transactions are made using state of the art technologies such as SSL, AES encryption and proven payment processing companies. You can be assured that your card detail is kept confidential and is 100% safeguarded.

What happens if the Aircon servicing contractor does not show up?

In the unfortunate and unforeseeable event that AG Servicer misses the appointment, you should contact us and we will arrange for a new servicing as soon as possible.

We will investigate the incident and may blacklist the contractor. We take our work and promise to you very seriously.

Can I modify the timing for the servicing?

Yes, if you have a last minute change in your agenda, call us immediately to arrange for a new timeslot.

However we expect our clients to adhere to the scheduled booking to be fair to AG Servicer who has committed his time for you.

I have lost my confirmation email, how can I retrieve it?

Login to Aircon.guru using your email address and you will find the details of the schedule in your account. If you need the confirmation email, please send us a request at hello@aircon.guru and we will resend the email to you.

I was not happy with the service quality, what can I do?

If you feel that the quality of service was not up to your expectations, we encourage you to contact us with the service details after the appointment. This valuable input will improve our standard and we can provide you, our Clients, better services.

Reminders

We know how busy you can be, thus we provide only essential email reminders at a timely manner for important occasions. Just make sure our emails do not end up in your junk folder!

Receipts

Receipts are readily available for download for completed services. You just need to log into your account and the link will be available.

Repair work / additional work

For Repair and other work matters, we will send AG Servicer down to investigate at a minimal fee for onsite investigation. Any repair or corrective work will be discussed and decided between yourself and the Servicer at the point. The reason being such scope of work is out of our current offer (refer to Services for details on our offering) and we understand that such repair work may not be a straightforward case to make a quick decision (cost, scale of repair, etc).

Even though this is out of our scope for the time being, we will be more than happy to lend a hand to solve your woes in a faulty aircon!

Location of work to be done

Here in Singapore, location may affect the cost of the job to be done. Reason being certain places will require road toll (ERP) and carpark charges are mandatory for any services in certain residential areas. As such additional charges shall apply for work to be done in CBD and certain areas, which is loosely defined to be in Districts 01-04, 09 and Sentosa Island.

The charges are as follow:

CBD area (District Sector 01-04 and 09) – Top up of SGD10 per servicing scheduled.

Sentosa Island – Top up of SGD20 per servicing scheduled.
